1. How long does shipping take?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Just contact us to start the process.
5. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
No worries — we’ll make it right. Send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll handle it with a replacement or refund.
6. Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?
Yes — but be quick! You have 6 hours after placing your order to make changes or cancel. After that, it may already be processing or shipped.
